Pollinator Week is a national celebration of the creatures who play a vital role in agriculture and keep ecosystems healthy. Tiny insects make mighty contributions to the food we eat, natural areas that manage stormwater and the flowers beautifying the landscape. This is the week for taking action to help them thrive and survive.
There are many ways to celebrate Pollinator Week: on a walk through the neighborhood looking for butterflies, adding native plants to a garden or volunteering with a local restoration project.
